Robert Griffitts is Partner at Masur Griffitts, Founder and Director of the Art & Technology Committee for The National Arts Club and Co-Founder at SoulBuffalo, LLC. Robert is an attorney with over 20 years of experience advising emerging and established technology companies on critical corporate transactions, including venture financing, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property and most recently, regulations applicable to blockchain technology. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters, commercial and licensing transactions and complex strategic relationships, representing them at all stages of their life cycle, from incorporation to exit, with an emphasis on working with entrepreneurs and rapid-growth companies.
His practice focuses on critical corporate transactions for emerging technology companies, including seed, angel and VC financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses on complex regulatory matters, with an emphasis on structuring compliant token offerings (ICOs). Robert helps companies capitalize on new opportunities, navigate business challenges, and helps older businesses bridge the gap to new markets. His clients include emerging companies as well as venture capital and angel investors that fund them. Formerly, Robert has been Founding Board Member at FIGMENT as well as Board Member at Sympho.
