AEOI (BEPS & CBCR REPORTING) GLOBAL

AEOI SERIES PART II

There is a certain
section of civil society that undoubtedly believes that all transparency is good and the more the better. But it has to be remembered that information on, for example, product pricing models can be competitively sensitive, and should be protected as such.
— Alan McLean, Executive Vice President of Taxation and Corporate Structure, Shell

AEOI (BEPS & CbCr REPORTING) GLOBAL

This two-day intermediate to advanced training course will provide delegates with highly comprehensive instruction on the new Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS), and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), regulatory frameworks that are currently being implemented around the world today. Together with the existing United States (US) Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and the new Model Mandatory Rules for Common Reporting Standard (CRS) Avoidance Arrangements and Opaque Offshore Structures, this new global framework for exchange of information represents a fundamental paradigm change in supervisory approaches to addressing tax evasion and tax avoidance by individuals, firms, and multinationals around the world.

The course Expert Trainer will seek to ensure that delegates obtain a highly in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the different legal frameworks that are being currently implemented, and how these will affect operational, technological, adaptation, and compliance processes for firms in AEOI and BEPS reporting countries.
